Rajshree Dugar has been appointed as the new CEO for Asia Pacific at Gebr. Heinemann, marking a strategic leadership shift for the global travel retail giant. Bringing over two decades of experience, Dugar succeeds Marvin von Plato and will be based in Singapore.
Her mandate is to drive growth across the high-potential APAC region, focusing on regional autonomy and localized consumer trends.
This move aligns with Heinemann's "Grand Central" strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in key hubs like Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. Dugar’s expertise in luxury and retail is expected to accelerate the company’s digital and operational transformation.
Rajshree holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from ESADE Business School (Spain) and has also studied at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (USA).
